About us
We have come a small beginning in September
2024, we have always believed in the capacities and
capabilities of the communities. Our efforts have
always been directed towards creating an
environment that is conducive of enhancing
opportunities to local people to think and act
positively. We have always to develop skills and
competencies of the local communities with a view
to enabling them to operate and maintain the assets
created through the implementation of the projects
on sustainable basis and participatory approach to
rural development. We believe in inclusive
approach, covering all the sections of the society,
particularly the underprivileged, in a village.
Aaradhya Welfare Education & Agriculture
Foundation came into existence as result of the
motivation and personal initiative of its founder, to
enhance the socio-economic status of the
underprivileged people. Hailing from a rural family,
the founder was no stranger to hardships faced by
the underprivileged. Having overcome economic
and social challenges, the founder set out to do his
best to make a positive difference in the lives of
fellow underprivileged. Working with a team of
committed people, the key areas identified for
interventions include quality education, health and
hygiene, self-help groups, vocational training to
youth, and women empowerment.
Vision
AWEA Foundation provides digital financial literacy training and facilitates easy access to such instruments for rural communities To Foster Democratic & Equitable Living Environment, where all Vulnerable people especially underprivileged, women and Children must access to Education, Health, Sustainable Livelihood opportunity and essential infrastructure services irrespective of their economic and social status. To manage skill development programs and promotes participation of youth (unemployed as well as students) in income generation activities.

AWEAF is initiated with a view to evolving information and making linkage between the villagers and the government Policies. We believed that knowledge would lead to awareness, which would further lead to selfdevelopment, empowerment, and action. To promote organic production and their marketing in agriculture. Encouraging sustainable agriculture development, Horticulture and Land Development.
Womem Empowerment
To train women for self-employment through vocational courses to be conducted free of cost to attach and gate or made on self-help group upgrade them about loaded for them by NABARD and other such organization. Empowering women through marketing linkages of their produces/ products for ensuring food and livelihood security and self-sustained economy. To educate women about family planning and benefits thereof
